PATCH-O-MATIC (installation issue)

I am new to the forum so hopefully I am doing this right, I
am trying to
install PATCH-O-MATIC on either RedHat or CentOS but I dont
know where the
iptables source installation is, sorry if this is posted
elsewhere..
