DHCP can be run on the MPLS edge nodes (these are presumably
ARs and
LMA): DHCP Relay and Server.
The MPLS edge nodes are the ones that separate the MPLS
domain from
non-MPLS. Mobile is non-MPLS.

The AR and LMA must use DHCP if the MN runs DHCP.

Ok, the MPLS terminology is also in rfc3031 "MPLS
Architecture".
