I'm not quite sure about that change. The MySQL validator
is usually
compiled as a plug-in, so why shouldn't we compile it if
both the
library and headers are found in the system?
I mean, for the rest of the plug-ins, there is no need to
explicitly
enable each one of them; think for the PAM validator, for
instance.
