Making trunk easier to compile

Hi guys,

   While Jonathan (ion) and me were working out some issues
compiling
   Trunk on MacOS X, we felt the pain of using the
subversion copy
   rather than a tarball with the proper configure script
already
   built. There were a few problems related to missing m4
definitions
   and even some a C++ preprocessor checking.

   We ended up adding a new feature to the web site in order
to make
   Cherokee trunk easier to compile. From now on, there will
be an up
   to the minute tarball of trunk at:


           http:
//www.cherokee-project.com/download/trunk/


   I do hope, this will help people to compile and test our
latest code
   between releases.
