Patch for contrib/cherokee

Hello,

contrib/cherokee should really be contrib/cherokee.in , this
allows the
sbindir, sysconfdir and other paths to be set by AC_SUBST
during
configure. This ensures that the init script knows where the
pid file
is, in relation to CHEROKEE_*

I will happily submit a patch to do this, should the patch
just contain
the modified configure.ac and contrib/cherokee.in?
