Update from today's cosmo bug council

Hi all,

Just a reminder that blocker bugs should be prioritized
above all  
other bugs.   Also, the bugs in the second listing are hard
to find,  
so if you run into one of them, try get someone to look at
it (if  
possible) while it is staring you in the face.
