Migration instance to r3503

The migration test instance:

   http://lab.osaf.us:4002/


has been updated to SVN r3503 and production data as of 10am
Sat.  This 
incorporates all the fit-and-finish patches people have put
in this 
week.  It's looking great!

This migration automation system "release
candidate" takes right around 
30 min to run.  (So we'll schedule probably an hour for
osaf.us outage). 
  It's 19,222 item rows, 284 users, 1281 attributes, 465
calendars, 8733 
events, 9198 stamps.

The Cosmo migration jar itself takes only 7.5 min.  The rest
of the time 
is moving around data backups, and an extra dump/reload
cycle to restore 
MyISAM-lost foreign keys, and switch to UTF8.
