Also isApplicableToAllFuture would have to use it as well.
The way it's 
used now however is in reverse, as a single call --
essentially 
isOnlyApplicableToOnlyThisEvent. 

The current implementation assumes all options are available
to start 
off, and does tests to weed out buttons that can't be used.
Might be 
worth considering if we get any efficiencies that way.

or maybe you call a method like "applicableTo()"
and it returns a  
subset of  [all, justOne, future]
