no, the server does not have this functionality. you could
script it
up pretty easily using cmp to get a list of the user
accounts, dav to
find each of the calendar collections for an account and
then grab the
webcal export of each calendar collection.

are you trying to achieve a backup or do you need to do this
for some
other reason?
