Yeah,
Good call. I created a Python program with threads and it
showed up as 
multiple processes.

import threading

class test(threading.Thread):
    def run(self):
        for i in xrange(100000000):
            continue

        print "this is a test"

t = test()
t.start()

t1 = test()
t1.start() 



Java does create internal threads when it starts even for
simple 
programs like "Hello World".

This is what I must have been seeing.
