cosmo server

My apologies if this is the wrong forum for this question (or if I'm being a bone-head), but-

 

Is the cosmo-demo server currently down? ;

 

The following URL has been working up until today:

https://cosmo-demo.osafoundation.org + my home directory

 

The SSL exchange seems to complete, but I don't get an HTTP response message back.

 

I've been using various webdav clients (including cadaver).
