testing use of multi.surbl.org

Send a real html message with the link in it.  Or at least
put the http prefix.
	http://url.goes.here
 If that still fails send me your surgemail.ini and mail.log
 and the sample message (surgemail-supportnetwinsite.com) and I'll
investigate.

Also check you are not sending from a 'friend' which is
whitelisted.
