It would be much easier if you would create a new web page on your domain.com website named www.domain.com/jfm.html and the code below to redirect to the filestore. Or you could get fancier and list the contents on this page and even put a Password on it.

Subject: [SurgeMail List] Web access to documentation in Administrator's filestore via a redirect.

Greetings all

I maintain some local surgemail-related user documentation via MS Word
which I save in .HTM format in the filestore of the Administrator account.
Yeah, it's a bit klunky - BUT I'm very keen to encourage users to utilize
the filestore feature, hence setting an example by using it myself gives
the feature more street cred, so to speak!

As you can appreciate if you use the filestore, the URL for those docs
is VERY long:
 mailserver.domain/doc01.htm">http://mailserver.domain/users/administratormailserver.domain/doc01.htm
etc.

Can "g_url_alias" be used is some way to facilitate a redirect to
a concatenated version of that address that's easier to remember
- like maybe
 http://mailserver.domain/DOCS/doc01.htm
