Linux Load Balance Software

Hello,

I just got two new servers configured as a SurgeMail
Cluster.
Each server is fully loaded with Dual Duo Xeon 3.0GHz
processor and 4GB of ECC RAM.
Each server is also running a separate drive for Redhat
Enterprise 4.0 OS, and a 6 drive RAID 10 data array for
SurgeMail.

Now, I want to cluster these two servers together using a
load balancer.
Does anyone know of any easily manage Linux packages to do
the load balancing?
