I can see the logic in that and would generally be agreeable
to it.
After the SPF change a little while back, I have a feeling
that Netwin
is more in favor of a solution to Friends bounces that
involves not
sending them in such a way that clogs up the queue. If they
can pull it
off, that's definitely the better way to go.
In a more general sense, I would like to have the ability to
configure
the retry rate on a per-domain basis. The way Exim handles
this is
particularly nice.
