What global setting should I use?

I have an application server that sends out a great deal of email throughout the day.  I’ve noticed since changing some of my Spam Settings that the responses from this server are coming in marked as “Spam***”. ; What do I need to set or change so that Surgemail does not mark this servers emails?  I know how to turn that feature off… but I actually would like to leave on for emails outside of our network.
