Why does my surgemail box keep doing this! Crash Crash Crash!

Perhaps you post the errors of the mail in the queue then we
can go from there as otherwise it is just a guessing game

You can just click on items in the queue to see why they are
queued and what the error was when surgemail tried to
deliver the item.
