Webmail and added items

It looks to me like you may not have the latest surgemail
templates 
installed somehow, either that or a mismatch between the
surgemail templates 
and latest binaries.

I've just confirmed it works fine for me for a clean install
of 3.8f2 and an 
upgrade install.

What do you mean by "connected to surgemail mac os x
3.8f1"?  It could be 
that the templates were broken on that build.
