Check that your account is actually using the amount of disk
space
surgemail's cached quota calculation says it is (if you
delete mail from
disk direct this will not be getting reset). You can reset
surgemails quota
calculation on the accounts page - usage stats page of the
admin interface
or using the "tellmail quota_rebuild user domain" command.
If it is indeed using over 200MB delete some mail or
increase your quota.
