No idea really, but it sounds most likely you are hitting
some form of
timeout.
Next time this happens take a look at the cpu usage on the
server to see
whether webmail or surgemail has been using a particularly
high amount of
cpu time lately. Also it may be worth while adding webmail
logging just on
one account that this is happening on and when it does
happen grab the log
files and take a look at these.
Send them to me to take a look at (along with specific
instructions of what
took long / what you did) if you do not get anywhere.
