Address autocompletion from address book

This is off by default, but enabled using :
enable_autocomplete 1
at the global/domain/user level (webmail.ini / surgehost.ini/ user.dat)

It's been given a fairly reasonable workout but let me know if it is
horribly broken for particular browser + template set combinations, or if
you have suggestions for improvement.

Webmail v3.1r Build 16 is needed. (part of the latest (3.8g10) surgemail
builds).&nbsp; Very latest windows and linux builds have just been uploaded to
the specials directory.
