If you are using a standard installation of surgemail all
this 
information is stored in plain text in the files nwauth.txt
and nwauth.add

There can be duplicate entries for a user so entries at the
end of the 
file override earlier entries and any entries in nwauth.add
override any 
in nwauth.txt.

You can also do a

nwauth -path c:surgemail search *

which will output all users and their information then you
can do 
whatever you want with that.
