webmail version

How do I determine webmail version?  And if there is a newer
version?

We are seeing some problems with the compose message screen
and want to
see if there are updates we have not applied first.

# /usr/local/surgemail/scripts/webmail.exe -version
Version: WebMail v3.1r
System Build: 13

Run "webmail -version" on the command line in the
surgemail/scripts 
directory or alternatively using the web test command:
http://
127.0.0.1/scripts/webmail.exe?cmd=test

The latest surgemail production build is 3.1r 17 I think and
the latest 
development branch is currently up to 3.1r 21.

Let us know what the problems are and we can probably advise
further.
