Can someone tell me what it means? It happens regence.com is
also associated with email that she can not SEND if she includes this
link:

But a colleague can send it
just fine.
I could not find anything dealing with regence.com in
aspam_mfilter.txt.
She does not even have spam filtering engaged (afraid of losing important
email) so that is not the explanation for why the email is not being
delivered. I have not yet confirmed that this is even coming into
the server for her address. That is my next step once I can get to
the log. It is possible that her email address has been black
listed by the sending domain I suppose. But I have no reason to
believe that yet. |
