Sort of. Surgemail has user creatable aliases which can be
on any one of
predefined domains, and you can setup the user to manage his
own domain
allowing account creation. In either of these cases all can
be deleted at
once. Out of the box, there is not the facility to create
arbitrary real
accounts tied to one base account.
