These errors all indicate either the surgemail binary itself
is missing from the distribution (unlikely) or one of the
libraries it
uses is missing (linux is very nasty the way it gives this
misleading error when you try and run a program that links
to something
you don't have installed)

Try this command
	ldd surgemail
it will show you what libraries surgemail is linked to
(assuming you do have the surgemail binary), my guess is you
did a minimal linux installation, just
add some more libraries, most likely if you add gcc it will
add the required libc libraries.  Also be sure to add any
32bit compatibility options in your installation.

Let me know if you can't resolve.
