Wayne,

The message means that the configuration is setup in such a
way that when
you access that particular domain Webmail cannot find it.

Check your surgemail.ini, surgehost.ini and webmail.ini
files to ensure
that they are all pointing to the correct IP address that
the domain in
question is supposed to be at.

If your webmail and surgemail are running on the same server
then try
setting up webmail.ini to to have its imap and pop host
entries set to
127.0.0.1 instead of whatever they may be set to.
