Mailing List Issue (How to approve messages?)

HI Everyone,
I have a situation here. Probably you could help me. I have
a simple 
mailing list , only with 10 users. On the mailing
configuration I choose 
that Im the moderator and I put my email address. If one of
the members 
or anyone writes a email to the list this emails is fowarded
to my 
account. Then the subject says : Post requiring approval .
How can I 
tell the server that this message is approved and future
messages from 
this user should be approved?
For some reason if I click on the web based moderation the
server crash. 
I have to wait 1 minute for it to show up . I hope some one
could help me.

The attached message was sent to this moderated mailing
list
to post the message forward it to itmyserver

You may need to add this line to the top of the forwarded
message

This will only be needed if your emailer strips the special
header and 
your reply address doesn't match the moderator address
stored in the list
