Hi all –
I’ve been
searching for answers on what to do about this problem. As you see below,
this is an error message that someone else receives when trying to send mail to
my domain, which is using surgemail. A few notes to clarify the situation:
they can receive mail from us but we don’t receive mail from them (even
though they have no trouble sending to other domains).
These messages get
stuck in their email queue. We do not have an SPF record yet.
What can you tell from
the error messages that they are receiving?
Is Surgemail rejecting
them?
