Odd Behavior (round 2)

Hi,

Perhaps I wasn't clear...

These are NOT msgs that I'm getting back from my users. 
This is what  
a recipient on the other end is getting back from surgemail
because  
the address that they're sending to (which I control via
surgemail)  
isn't responding.
