This means the receiving surgemail server didn't think
miles xxxxxx.com was a local user, or a domain it is
supposed to forward messages to, so it
rejected the message.
Check the 'mx' records for xxxxxxxxxx.com, possibly one of
the servers listed needs this adding:
g_relay_to "xxxxxxxxxx.com"
If that explanation doesn't resolve it then possibly
something 'more' odd is going on.
