Sorry, I still think my last answer is correct. But very
likely I'm just mis understanding
This is the error I would expect if one of your mx hosts was
miss configured.
In the test web page you give they try and send to a non
local user and then get this error as they should (otherwise
you would
have an open relay)
So, if I'm still not helping, tell me the actual user/domain
(destination) that sometimes gets this error, and I'll try
your mx hosts to see if
any of them give this response for it.
Or tell me where I lost the plot
