When you post there in the future, make sure you give the
template you are
using. Usually though if your install is a default then
you'll find your
templates in the following location:
surgemail/webmail

>From there it will branch into either masterset or panel
depending on your
configuration.

panel/login.tpl is the login page for the panel template.
masterset/surge/login.tpl is the surge login page template
masterset/smooth/login.tpl is the smooth login page
template.
