550 error could some one help?

Hi ,
Since last week every time I try to send an email to a
specific domain I 
got this message back.

*550 relaying blocked, read new mail, add (myipaddress
x.x.x.192) to 
forwarding or enable smtp authentication in
**      'Israel.Matos' on 4/23/2007 7:55 PM*

This only happens if I try to send a message to the group of
people of 
that domain.

Are you hosting the other domain as well?
