AOL denies based on this

    Has anyone gotten this and resolved it.  They blacklisted me, which made me apply for their whitelist  and they say I am on the whitelist according to their records.  They tell me to reapply any way and I get denied based on the following info.  I've been exchanging email with them 11 plus years, the last 4 with surgemail.  


Your web request has been denied due to a low bounce acceptance rate.  Bounce
emails include the reason for mail delivery failure and are sent to the
Return-Path included in the original email.  Causes for bouncing can include
but are not limited to "unknown recipient", "mailbox full", and others.

Are you signed up for their feedback list as well? ; That's seperate
from the whitelisting/bulk sender application.

    yes, at the same time I applied for this the first time last week.  I got one report dated 4/2 on one email and that was it.
