Hello,

If some people are receving it and not others then it is
likely to be a 
client problem or antivirus software on some peoples
computers.
SurgeMail doesn't interfere with attachments and doesn't
strip them out, 
so if part of the message is arriving it is not surgemail
doing it.
So you need to check what these customers are running on
their machines.
