We removed this feature for two reasons
	1) On some installations it would slow down the entire page
by 10-20 
seconds if the authent module was slow (often this occured
with large 
installations).
	2) On most installations it gave a list of little use (any
system with 
more than 100 users)
	
We may re-add it as a 'seperate' page at some point.

I actually applaud this change. This has made the management
of users in
the mailing lists countless times faster. It's all instant
now. We have
several thousand users in an ODBC database (MSSQL) and were
getting
delays whenever we went to manage this through the web
interface. It's
great now.
