Dear sir,

I am working on sugemail and have started read manual, but it is not enough
and it is not easily understand. so i define some topic below (it is not understanded) so please
explain the below topic

ACCOUNT SETTING

user alias quota
user list quota
Max in
user access setting
admin access setting

IF you click on the item to the left of where you fill in the info in the Web Admin interface, it will open up the help or a description of that function.

550 User send limit reached

Have a user that get this error (see subject line) everytime
she tries to send mail. ; Looked through the logs and it
does not appear that she has send even close to the
500 count threshold for  user_send_max.

Increase this to 530 and still did not work.
Deleted and recreated user in surgemail AND
deleted and recreated user profile in Outlook.

Hi Brad,

I believe the only way to reset that limit is to restart
Surgemail.

Is it possible this user has more than one account, but is
sending for 
all accounts through this one login? The limit is for a 24
hour period. 
Deleting the user and re-creating it with the same name will
not solve 
the problem.

Oh and one other thing, if the user has a bad email in
outlook, it will 
keep trying to send which will increment their send count.
Make sure she 
doesn't have any bad emails stuck in her outbox.
