Hi Brad,
I believe the only way to reset that limit is to restart
Surgemail.
Is it possible this user has more than one account, but is
sending for
all accounts through this one login? The limit is for a 24
hour period.
Deleting the user and re-creating it with the same name will
not solve
the problem.
Oh and one other thing, if the user has a bad email in
outlook, it will
keep trying to send which will increment their send count.
Make sure she
doesn't have any bad emails stuck in her outbox.
