Hi all,

I am having problems setting up an Archive mailbox.  The goal it to have all email sent to their domain to be copied to a mailbox so that management can make sure everything is being dealt with. ;

The obvious answer I found was g_redirect_cc but when I input *domain.com">*domain.com > archivedomain.com">archivedomain.com I receive an error that it will create a mail loop. ; Any ideas on how I can get there from here?

The destination mailbox in this case needs to be outside domain.com, like sub.domain.com">archivesub.domain.com or anotherdomain.com">domainanotherdomain.com

or anyone,

I understand this but is there a way to accomplish this inside the same domain?

Try

g_rcpt_nodup "true"

You also might have to hand edit surgemail.ini to put in the redirect.  But test carefully<GRIN>!  I make no guarrenties here.
