Mail Lists problems?

I'm running latest build, 3.8i3 and just now went to ADD
some local people
to a new mailing list I just added to our server, and
discovered that in
this build, when clicking ADD MEMBER, all I'm seeing is the
text entry box
for non-local users, and the full list of local domain users
is not
listed....

Is this a known bug in 3.8i3, and is there a work-around for
this at this
time?

Yes it's a known feature .  That
list of people 'not currently' in 
the mailing list was causing significant problems and
appeared to be of 
little use to most sites (any server with more than 20
users) and so we 
removed it. It does seem some people did like it so we will
add it back 
in as a seperate page so only people who need it will get to
it.  In the 
mean time you have to paste in the email addresses manually
into the  
box rather than picking them from a list sorry.
