I haven't tried it myself but I have sent photo's and updated my blog using
the secret email address that it gave me. So I'm pretty sure if you can
send a photo your phone took via email then you should be able to do what
your asking.

I have a small conspiracey blog in which I did this with. See this site for
an example:

It started as a demo sight to teach my users how to make a blog. I just
blossomed into something I do for fun... Enjoy.
