Generally you just place the intermediate certificate in
your certificate
file after your certificate as described:
http:
//netwinsite.com/surgemail/help/secure.htm
Replacing the intermediate certificate should just involve
replacing the
intermediate certificate in surge_cert.pem. Then restarting
surgemail if you
are editing the file direct.
