Thread: Bounced Addresses

Bounced Addresses
country flaguser name

 From my log:
26 10:28:48.00 REJECTED ip(12.130.47.165)
from(bounces-9c8-80-80-4f0-8d494aaaaz.com,enewslettersaaaaz.com)
subject(aaa arizona eupdate: June 2007), user spam bounce
(rating=10)

I'm guessing that it would do no good to add
"bounces-9c8-80-80-4f0-8d494aaaaz.com" to my
friends list because
that address will not be the same the next time this outfit
emails me.

And I'm guessing that adding "enewslettersaaaaz.com" won't do any
good either since (I suspect) that enewslettersaaaaz.com
is ignored
in favor of bounces-9c8-80-80-4f0-8d494aaaaz.com. Is this correct?
No way to ensure I get email like this from aaaaz.com using
Friends,
correct?

Can Friends be fixed to make it recognize the From
enewslettersaaaaz.com?

First, it appears they are using a comma in an email address?    : (
You can whitelist them in Friends by entering a aaaaz.com">*aaaaz.com into the console Friends page; it might not work via the mailbox, depending how your system is setup.
Then to a Tellmail reload.

No, that's just how the log shows the difference between the
envelope
sender and the From or return address.

'console' Friends page? Whazzat?

I was under the impression that Friends does not support
wildcards.
In fact, I suggested it as a feature request but had no
luck.
