Check your "allow_surgemail_public true" setting.
I ran into this before
and just checking the settings revealed that I had to set it
up again. It
will stay once you do that.

I already checked that... it was still there.  I also
double-checked to make
sure my "gaddr_books" setting was still in there
too.  It was.
