Hi Brendan,
If you add a dns server in SurgeMail it no longer uses the
dns settings of
the server. So in your instance you must either remove the
dns server in
SurgeMail, and let SurgeMail use the OS dns settings, OR
list all three of
your dns servers in SurgeMail, separated by commas.
