I have an account on our surgemail server, I have changed it
and some
other info for privacy reasons. Let's call the account
customer domain.com
The customer that uses this email account says he can't get
any email
from this one particular company anymore. It seems they are
using a
helpdesk product called Cerberus Helpdesk and I think that's
acting as
the mailer.
Customer wants to know why he can't get any mail from this
company
anymore and I am kind of stumped.. Here is the bounce that
the company
is getting back when they try to send to our Surge server.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
