It is definitely considered 'internal' there are already two
layouts for
those files based on settings.
Delivering to a robot is the reliable way to do it.
use a redirect rule and prefix the address with | to make
surgemail run
the program and pipe the message to it on stdin....
to="|/usr/local/surgemail/script.perl ... "
