First upgrade to the latest version of surgemail as there
was a bug in
header handling in an earlier build.
If that doesn't resolve it, then the next question is 'what'
is wrapping
the header, is it outlook or something else, to find out you
will need
to examine the message as it appears in the inbox
tellmail path user domain
cd (path)/mdir/new
to see if the headers are already broken before outlook
reads it.
