Check for virus scanners on the mac's in question. This can
be a problem if the
link is slow, then while the scanner is reading the message
the email client
doesn't see any data and 'times out' in that situation
increasing the timeout in
the client could fix it, or addressing the line speed
issue.

That's just a guess. Assuming i'm wrong and that doesn't
help can you setup a
test account for us to try with an example email in it, and
we'll see if we can
observe anything similar when reading from your server.

Hi,

SurgeMail is bouncing mails from a mail sending service we
have, but I have
not found any setting which can be adjusted to allow tons of
mails to be
sent from certain IP addresses or certain senders.

Can someone pls direct me to the setting(s) I need to
change?

Best regards,
Robert Hercz

I believe so upgrade to the current BETA if you haven't
already. If that doesn't fix it then please get back to us
with
what build/version/platform are you on and details of what
your users are seeing and with what email clients...
