IPhone customer problem picking up pop mail (x-apop not supported)

I have a few customers that are using their Iphone to pickup
POP mail... 
last week they all started having problems getting their
mail... Now 
when I go to update messages I get the following Message:
Cannot Get Mail
The POP Server "mail.myiraresource.com" doesnot
support X-APOP 
authentication. Please check your account settings and try
again."  Any 
ideas why this is happening?
